I’m currently doing the following:
Diva Doll Fitness and Pole , New Rules of Lifting for Women and a variation of the Couch to 5K program.

New Rules of Lifting for Women

The program demands that women put down the “Barbie” weights, step away from the treadmill, and begin a strength and conditioning regime for the natural athlete in every woman.

Couch to 5K

The Couch to 5K program is a walk/run program that gets you running 30 minutes at a time. The program is supposed to have a couch potato from a walking state to a running state in 2 months but that’s if you can run a 10 minute or better mile! I average 12 minute miles and I’m still working on my speed and I walk… a LOT! So naturally, I tailor this plan more than the average follower.

Diva Doll Fitness and Pole is an all woman workout studio in Orlando, Florida. It’s the most amazing place I’ve ever had the privilege to experience and I love every moment that I’m there! usually 🙂

    These are great sources! I tried starting the C25K and never followed through. I just started my weight loss journey and these are great ideas!

      So true! I think that is its biggest down fall-it’s so hard to stick with!!
