Lately, things have been really hectic in my life. I’ve actually been doing more 5AM workouts than anything else just because I just don’t have time after work to go to my gym. In fact, just trying to find out how I can make it to the gym is really stressing me out!
I never realized I would have so much stress trying to get to something that is supposed to relieve my stress!
The good thing is I have a game plan! Since my girlfriend that I work with in the mornings is going to be moving to a different unit we can work out after work 3-4 times a week!
We should know for sure when she gets her new schedule in about a week or two and I tell you what–I can’t wait!
All good things must come to an end… it’s time to start a new good thing… and save some $$!
