You tracking?

You know, I use that phrase a lot. You tracking? I’m tracking.. it usually means “are you following me?” “do you understand” etc. Anyways, I’ve been tracking like crazy this week!

Slim Kicker has been an amazing app! It doesn’t have as much food listed when I search as I would find on My Fitness Pal but honestly, it’s been great! It’s more interactive and I feel a stronger urge to log on and stay on track. They all say, you lose weight when you track. And it’s good to remember:

Remember how I told you guys that you could set rewards? Well! I’ve got my first one planned for next Sunday–I’ve already earned a pedicure!

Since we all know that it’s proven that you can lose more weight with others I really like how the Slim Kicker app almost forces you to engage with others and take on challenges. And really, who wouldn’t want that?!
